What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy is a non-surgical ultrasound treatment designed to counteract the effects of gravity on the skin. It uses the body’s own regenerative response to gently and gradually lift the skin on the eyebrow, under the chin, and on the neck, and to smooth lines and wrinkles on the décolletage.
A full face and neck treatment typically takes 60–90 minutes, and the session can be divided into smaller treatment areas if needed.
Ultherapy is also the only non-invasive treatment cleared by the FDA to lift skin.
Procedures
During an Ultherapy session:
- Focused ultrasound energy is delivered beneath the skin surface.
- The treatment targets specific depths to stimulate collagen production.
- The skin surface remains intact as the energy works in the deeper layers.
- Treatment areas may include the brow, chin, neck, and décolletage.

SAFETY
Risks & Considerations
One of the common complications after Dimpleplasty is infection as the mouth is a source of bacteria.
- Antiseptic mouth gargles will be given for you to rinse after meals as well as in the morning and before bedtime.
- Antibiotics will also be given and painkillers will be prescribed to reduce inflammation and swelling.
- During the recovery period it would be good to stick with soft foods and soup for the first few weeks.
AFTERCARE
Downtime & Recovery
There is no downtime associated with Ultherapy.
- You may resume normal activities immediately after treatment.
- Some individuals may see an initial effect, but full results develop over 2–3 months as collagen regenerates naturally.
How long results last depends on your own natural aging process.
