About DR MOHAMED ZULFIKAR RASHEED
Dr Christopher Chui is a MOH-accredited consultant plastic surgeon with extensive experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Born and raised in Australia, he graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed advanced surgical training in Singapore, becoming a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Plastic Surgery).

Training & Education
Early Education
Dr Mohamed Zulfikar Rasheed obtained his MBBS from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2001 and completed his internship before embarking on surgical training.
Surgical Training in Singapore
He underwent surgical training in Singapore, including rotations in the Plastic Surgery departments of Singapore General Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and National University Hospital. During this period, he gained experience in all aspects of plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic, craniofacial, and burn surgery, laying a strong foundation under the guidance of senior mentors.
Advanced Qualifications
He was appointed as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd) in 2004 and obtained his Master of Medicine (Surgery) from NUS in 2005. He completed his Advanced Specialty Training in Plastic Surgery in 2011, receiving the gold medal for top candidate in his cohort, and was subsequently made a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (Plastic Surgery) in 2012.
Fellowship & International Training
Under a Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) scholarship, he completed a one-year Clinical Fellowship in Brussels in 2012, where he trained under Prof. Moustapha Hamdi in microsurgical breast reconstruction and aesthetic breast surgery.
